61,951 candidates jostle for 4,000 civil service jobs

A total of 61,951 applicants have submitted applications within four days for 4,000 advertised positions in Adamawa state civil service.

The Permanent Secretary of the State Civil Service Commission, Abubakar Maiha, revealed this in an update on Saturday.

He said, “The Adamawa CAC recruitment exercise, which commenced on 29th April 2025, has already attracted 61,951 applicants in just four days — and the number continues to rise.”

Maiha encouraged prospective candidates who have yet to apply to take advantage of the remaining window.

“The application window remains open until 13th May, affording interested candidates a few more days to complete their registration,” he added.
