Easter :  HDTDA  National President felicitates Christians, lauds Tinubu’s reform agenda

The National President of Heavy Duty Truck Drivers Association, HDTDA, Hon. Uche Rogers Nebuwa has felicitated with Christians and members of the Association nationwide on the occasion of this year’s Easter celebration.

In his Easter message, the National President admonished them to always imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, humility and love as examplified by Jesus Christ.

Hon. Uche Rogers Nebuwa who is also the Anambra State Coordinator of World Trade and Investment Cooperative as well as former President, Idemili North Cooperative, Anambra State stressed the need for Christians to use the occasion in praying for Nigeria and its leadership towards overcoming the nation’s economic and security challenges.

He used the opportunity to commend President Bola Tinubu for his renewed hope and reform programmes embarked upon so far since assumption of office.

According to him, the students loan, Local Government Autonomy, increase in NYSC Allowance and Civil Servants minimum wage, construction of Lagos – Calabar Coastal Highway, Renewed Hope road infrastructure in the Federal Capital Territory among other notable programmes and projects are worthy of commendation.

“We as heavy duty truck drivers in the country are happy with President Bola Tinubu for his efforts so far in repositioning Nigeria for greatness and we are ready to support him for his reelection in 2027 because Nigeria needs a courageous President that would take decision that would benefit all Nigerians irrespective of tribe, religion or political differences” He stated.

Hon. Uche Rogers Nebuwa expressed the hope that with the collective of everyone, Nigeria would soon take its rightful place among comity of nations.

While also commending the renewed hope road infrastructure currently being embarked upon by the Minister of FCT, Dr Nyeson Wike, Hon Uche Rogers Nebuwa appealed to the Minister to investigate the activities of one Mrs Deborah who is extorting members of his Association in the Territory.

The National President of HDTDA who promised the Association’s continuous support to the actualization of President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda for Nigerians advised members of the Association to always contribute their quota to national development.
