PAP boss, Otuaro, hails Tinubu on 73rd birthday, seeks support for administration’s efforts

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended his warm felicitations to President Bola Tinubu on the occasion of his 73rd birthday, praising his leadership and contributions to Nigeria’s democratic growth.
Describing President Tinubu as a visionary leader and a pillar of democracy, Otuaro acknowledged his unwavering commitment to governance and national development. He emphasized that Tinubu’s leadership has been marked by decisive policies aimed at improving the country’s socio-economic landscape since assuming office in 2023.
Highlighting the President’s bold decision to remove fuel subsidies, Otuaro commended the move as a necessary step toward economic stability. He also praised Tinubu’s continued support for peace, security, and development in the Niger Delta, citing key initiatives such as the establishment of the Nigeria Maritime University in Delta State, the Federal University of Environment and Technology in Ogoniland, and ongoing infrastructural projects like the Coastal Road.
