(BREAKING ) Anambra guber : Soludo wins all 21 LGAs 

The Independent National Electoral Commission has resumed the collation of results for the Anambra State governorship election.

The State Returning Officer and Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin, Prof. Edogah Omoregie, had earlier announced a temporary suspension of the exercise.

Upon resumption, results from Anambra West and Ihiala Local Government Areas were presented by presiding officers, showing that the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, Chukwuma Soludo, maintained his lead in the race.

Soludo emerged victorious in all 21 local government areas declared.

According to the final tally, APGA secured 422,664 votes, followed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) with 99,445 votes. The Labour Party came third with 10,505 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) garnered 1,401 votes.
