Edo : Ward 9 APC in Etsako East passes vote of confidence on chairman, Ademu Ototobor

In a strong show of unity, the Ward 9 Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State has passed a vote of confidence on its chairman, Ademu Ototobor.

The decision was taken on Wednesday during a meeting held at the ward’s headquarters, Imiegba.

According to a statement signed by the APC Ward 9 Publicity Secretary,  Ibrahim Eshikhena, the executives unanimously reaffirmed their trust in Ototobor’s leadership and commitment to the growth of the party.

The statement read: “Today, we the Exco in Ward 9, Etsako East, attended the Ward APC Exco meeting at the APC Secretariat, Imiegba. The meeting was well attended by the APC Exco in Ward 9, Etsako East.

“Exco expressed renewed commitment to strengthening the party’s structures and ensuring victory in future elections. The session ended with the Exco passing a unanimous vote of confidence on Ward Chairman, Alhaji Ademu Ototobor.”

It would be recalled that there had earlier been reports of Ototobor’s purported suspension as Ward Chairman, but the claims have since been dismissed as baseless and lacking in substance.
