I m nothing in his house Fans worry as Regina Daniels breaks down in emotional clip

Fans of popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, have expressed worry for her safety following the release of a distressing video on Friday that showed her in tears, claiming she was facing domestic violence in her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.

In the viral footage, a visibly shaken Daniels sat outside at night, crying as she spoke about her alleged ordeal. Amid sobs, she said, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing. But in my house, I am a queen.”

Her young son was heard trying to console her, but she responded tearfully, “Baby, what again? I cannot stand this violence. It’s too much.”

The situation appeared to escalate when men believed to be Nwoko’s security aides attempted to calm Daniels and her siblings. Her brother, Sammy, was seen confronting them before later taking to Instagram to defend his reaction, writing, “Makachi! E pain me say una wan finally laugh my sister. Let me repeat — anywhere wey man dey beat woman, whether na my sister or not, I go fight with my blood!”

The video reignited public debate when fans resurfaced an old clip of Nwoko playfully saying, “She will tell me I’m not her father, and I’ll say, no, I’m your husband.” In response, Daniels quickly knelt and replied, “You’re my everything,” attempting to ease the tension.

As the controversy spread online, users began tagging actress Angela Okorie, recalling her past social media feud with Daniels. Their disagreement began when Okorie made a contentious comment about Mercy Johnson, which Daniels condemned, sparking a personal clash between the two.

Okorie, who found herself dragged into the current saga, wrote on Instagram, “Nigerians, na me dem beat for Ferrari and private jet house with 8 wives? Why una dey tag me kwanu? Oh chim, Angelaaaa.”

Several celebrities and fans have since voiced their concern for Daniels.Actor Stanley Ontop wrote, “Nothing should happen to my Gina ooo… make hand no touch her abeg.”

Social media reactions were mixed.User @sawiitee wondered, “Hope say no be movie?”Another, @yourmosttrustworthyattorney, said, “This is too sad. I was hoping it was a skit.”

While @vivibleez commented, “Noooo, it’s for better or for worse. Who she wan leave am for?”User @bigbillzbaby criticized, “She chose this life forced on her by her mother, who doesn’t know any better.”Another fan, @victoriakelly, added, “But why Ned go lay hand on her? Honestly, this situation is partly her fault.”
As of the time of reporting, neither Regina Daniels nor Ned Nwoko has issued an official response to the incident.
