Nigeria 65 Minister Ata hails Tinubu

The Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Yusuf Abdullahi Ata, has joined millions of Nigerians in extending heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Tinubu on the historic occasion of Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary.

In a statement issued through his media side, Seyi Olorunsola, on Wednesday, Ata praised Tinubu for his bold, visionary, and transformative leadership, which he described as a divine blessing to Nigeria at a time when the nation requires realignment for growth, stability, and sustainable development.

According to the Minister,  Tinubu has demonstrated rare brilliance and courage in re-engineering the Nigerian state for greatness.

This, he noted, is evident in the President’s ongoing economic reforms, social re-engineering, and massive infrastructural development projects, particularly in the area of affordable housing, which is bringing relief and renewed hope to millions of Nigerian families.

“Mr. President has proven to be the most brilliant leader God has blessed Nigeria with in our time of need. His Renewed Hope Agenda is already reshaping the economy, reinvigorating our social systems, and laying the foundation for affordable housing and infrastructure that will uplift millions. His Independence Anniversary address has further reawakened hope in Nigerians that this country is truly on the path of greatness,” the statement quoted the minister to have said.

Ata further reassured Nigerians that under Tinubu’s steady leadership, Nigeria is firmly on the right course to becoming a stronger, more prosperous nation.

He urged Nigerians, particularly people of the North, to continue to stand behind the President, whom he described as a patriot that has dedicated his entire life to selfless service to the people.

“There is no alternative to President Tinubu at this period. He has worked tirelessly, not for himself, but for the collective interest of Nigerians. We must not allow coalitions of desperadoes or custodians of broken umbrellas, who have no vision for our beloved country, to mislead us with empty promises. The North knows President Tinubu has always stood by us when it mattered the most. Today, the North is united behind him, with leaders, religious figures, youth groups, and women organizations all reaffirming their support ahead of 2027,” the Minister said.

He emphasized that the voices of a few desperate Northern politicians hiding under different party banners do not represent the true will of the North, stressing that the region stands solidly with President Tinubu in recognition of his sacrifices, sincerity, and tested leadership.

Ata further expressed optimism that President Tinubu’s economic road map would deliver a strong revival of Nigeria’s economy, promising that the greatness of Nigeria is certain under his watch.

Highlighting recent political dynamics in Kano, the Minister noted that the resurgence of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state is a clear testament to the confidence Nigerians have in the President’s leadership. “Come 2027, Kano will stand firmly behind Mr. President with over two million votes guaranteed,” he affirmed.

He concluded by thanking President Tinubu for his unwavering dedication to the progress and well-being of Nigerians, describing his leadership as people-centered, reform-driven, and anchored on a deep love for the country.

“Mr. President has shown through his bold reforms, pro-people policies, and tireless efforts to strengthen the economy, enhance security, and consolidate our democracy, that he is indeed the visionary leader we prayed for. Nigeria is blessed to have him at the helm of affairs at this defining moment in our history,” Ata added.
