Abuja : Amazing Grace Baptist Association promotes 17 G As in Gwagwalada

Girl’s Auxiliary (G A )of First Baptist Church, Gwagwalada Abuja on Sunday held its 2025 Coronation Service with the theme “Help Through Waiting And Watching”.
The Coronation Service witnessed the promotion of 15 Girls Auxiliary to their next step while the remaining two who have completed their seven steps as G A were ceremoniously welcomed to Lydia in continuation of their service in God’s vineyard.
The promoted Girl’s Auxiliary are: Onifade Tabitha and Ayoola Wuraola promoted to step 1 while Akinpelu Esther ,Oladeji Oyindamola, Komolafe Favour, Simon Ayomikun,
Oyelami Gloria, Ogundapo Jemima were upgraded to step 2 and
Adegboyega Praise, Areo Deborah, Okangbe Sarah are now in step 3 category.
Others include: James Funmilola Mercy, James Funmilayo Grace,bStep 4 while Ajao Damola and Simon Bola, step 5 while Adegbile Faith and Taiwo Success were promoted to step 7.
Performing the ceremony today during the Church’s 2025 G A Coronation Service in Gwagwalada Abuja, the G A Director of Amazing Grace Baptist Association, AGBA, Mrs Tayo Adedeji said the Girls Auxiliary were coronated and promoted to their next step after the successful completion of their examination in line with the guidelines of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, NBC.
Mrs Adedeji stated that the G As were promoted after the successful conduct of their examination and being properly certified for their next step.
She therefore used the opportunity to admonished them to continue to imbibe the lessons of Baptist family doctrine and be steadfast in faith and prayers towards attaining greater heights in life.
Speaking on the theme of the Coronation “Help Through Waiting And Watching”, the Minister in charge of First Baptist Church, Gwagwalada Abuja, Reverend Deji Oyelami congratulated the G As on their coronation and admonished them not to deviate from the essence of the coronation.
Reverend Oyelami also urged them to always be good Ambassadors of their families and be committed to their spiritual and educational development.
According to him, the Church will continue to embark on programmes that will make girls in the Church good vessels in God’s vineyard and the society in general.
Highpoints of the Coronation Service were promotion of the G As to their next step and ceremonial welcoming of Adegbile Faith and Taiwo Success to Lydia as well as special thanksgiving to mark the Centenary Celebration of Girl’s Auxiliary in the Nigerian Baptist Convention, NBC.
