First Lady donates N1b to flood victims in Niger

Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, has extended a helping hand to victims of the recent devastating flood in Mokwa Local Government Area of Niger State with a generous ₦1 billion donation.
The donation, channeled through her humanitarian foundation the Renewed Hope Initiative was officially presented during a condolence visit to the state on Tuesday. During the visit, Senator Tinubu handed over a symbolic cheque and relief materials to Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago in Minna, the state capital.
The gesture comes as part of ongoing efforts by the First Lady to provide support and hope to communities affected by natural disasters across the country. Her Renewed Hope Initiative has become a key platform for delivering humanitarian aid, particularly in times of crisis.
