Super Falcons star, Ajibade, dedicates WAFCON triumph to Pastor Olukoya at MFM service
Super Falcons skipper Rasheedat Ajibade has expressed her gratitude to God by presenting her Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) medal to the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Pastor Daniel Olukoya, and his wife.
Ajibade, who captained the team to glory, visited the church’s headquarters along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State on Saturday during the Power Must Change Hands service.
She offered her medal and awards as a symbol of thanksgiving for divine protection throughout the tournament.
Speaking to the congregation, the forward credited God for the team’s success, saying her gesture was in appreciation of “God’s covering throughout the tournament.”
The congregation responded with loud cheers and prayers as the footballer, known for her open display of faith, was warmly welcomed.
