2Baba weds Natasha in colourful traditional ceremony

Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba has officially married Natasha Osawaru in a vibrant traditional wedding held in Abuja on July 25.

The private celebration, attended by close family, featured a rich display of cultural heritage, with the couple stepping out in stunning Edo attire.

2Baba wore an elegant white short-sleeved traditional shirt embellished with grey embroidery, paired with a white wrapper and layers of coral bead necklaces. His look was completed with a coral-beaded staff, white shoes, and stylish sunglasses.

Natasha turned heads in a glamorous red off-shoulder gown, adorned with an elaborate coral bead okuku headpiece, symbolizing Edo royalty. Multiple layers of coral beads across her neck and wrists highlighted the grandeur of the occasion.

Fans have flooded social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating the singer’s new chapter.

The couple’s romance became public after 2Baba announced his separation from Annie Macaulay Idibia in January.

He proposed to Natasha in February, and by April, she had received a warm reception from his family during a visit to his mother, Rose Idibia.
