FG announces recruitment for Immigration, NCoS, NSCDC, FFS (see how to apply)

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially announced the commencement of recruitment into four federal paramilitary agencies in Nigeria.
These include the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
According to an official notice, the recruitment process will kick off on Thursday, June 26, 2025, and all applications must be submitted online via the CDCFIB recruitment portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.org.
The recruitment exercise is expected to run for three weeks.

Available vacancies cut across several cadres including superintendent, inspectorate, and assistant levels.
Positions are open to professionals such as medical doctors, engineers, lawyers, and nurses, as well as graduates with degrees or diplomas in different fields.
Additionally, opportunities exist for SSCE, NECO, or equivalent holders for general duty positions, drivers, artisans, and appliance operators.
To qualify, applicants must be Nigerians by birth, aged between 18 and 35, and must possess the appropriate qualifications for the roles they intend to apply for.
A certificate of medical fitness from a recognized government hospital is mandatory, and candidates must not have any criminal convictions or history of financial misconduct.
For physical requirements, male applicants must be at least 1.65 meters tall, while female applicants should measure a minimum of 1.60 meters.
Male applicants are also required to have a chest measurement of no less than 0.87 meters. Computer literacy will be considered an advantage.
The CDCFIB has cautioned that each applicant is permitted to apply for only one of the four paramilitary agencies. Any individual found to have submitted multiple applications across the different services will be automatically disqualified.
