Tinubu arrives Kaduna, commissions key developmental projects

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday embarked on a one-day working visit to Kaduna State, where he inaugurated a series of strategic developmental projects aimed at improving infrastructure and social services in the state.
The president arrived at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna and was warmly received by Governor Uba Sani, alongside top government officials, traditional rulers, and other dignitaries.
Following his arrival, President Tinubu proceeded to Rigachikun in Igabi Local Government Area, where he commissioned multiple infrastructural projects. These include newly constructed road networks, upgraded healthcare centres, and modern educational facilities—all part of efforts to boost socio-economic development in the state.
The projects are part of broader initiatives by the Kaduna State Government to enhance rural development and improve access to essential services.
Security was visibly tightened across key areas of the city, with combined personnel of the Nigerian Police, NSCDC, and the military ensuring a smooth and safe visit.
