PAP boss hails Tinubu on 2nd anniversary, says he has shown exemplary leadership

As President Bola Tinubu marks two years in office, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has commended his administration for what he described as “exemplary leadership” since assuming office.

In a congratulatory message, Otuaro highlighted Tinubu’s efforts over the past 24 months in promoting national unity, strengthening democratic institutions, and fostering a culture of good governance.

Otuaro stated that the President has articulated a clear policy direction under the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at driving national development and improving the well-being of citizens.

According to a statement released by his Special Assistant on Media, Igoniko Oduma,  the PAP boss said the President has “displayed uncommon courage in confronting the economic challenges that were pulling the country backward and stagnating its socio-economic growth and infrastructural development.

He added that the administration’s bold reforms have spurred “national rebirth” and begun delivering tangible outcomes across various sectors of the economy.

On the issue of security, Otuaro praised the President’s “dynamic approach to tackling the challenge of insecurity in some parts of the country.”

He also remarked on the administration’s efforts in the Niger Delta, noting significant improvements in the region’s development in the last two years. According to him, the creation of the South South Development Commission is a strong indication of Tinubu’s commitment to inclusive growth and community participation.

Otuaro further emphasized that the PAP has received substantial backing from the President, a factor he credited for the effective delivery of its mandate and recent achievements.

He urged residents of the Niger Delta and Nigerians at large to continue supporting the Tinubu administration and align themselves with its policies aimed at revitalizing the economy and enhancing the nation’s political landscape.
