Delta Reps member dumps party for APC

Ngozi Okolie, the member representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has officially defected from the Labour Party (LP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Okolie made the announcement on Friday during a press briefing in Asaba, the capital of Delta State.

His defection adds to the growing list of opposition lawmakers shifting allegiance to the ruling party amid political realignments across the country.
