May Day: Tinubu’s minister presents vehicles to workers

As part of measures to ease transportation challenges of workers, the Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Hon. Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo has presented two 32 seaters Toyota Coastal Vehicles and two 18 seaters Toyota buses to staff of the Ministry.
Presenting the vehicles to the workers in Abuja, Jisalo said the gesture was in line with President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda of improving the welfare of Nigerian workers.
He noted that the move was also to ease the transportation challenges being encounter by staff of the Ministry.
While identifying with Nigerian workers as they marked this year’s May Day, the Minister restated the commitment of the present administration towards improving their living standard.
Hon. Jisalo who described the nation’s workforce as key to ensuring national development solicited their continuous support towards actualizing the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu’s led administration for all Nigerians.
According to him, President Bola Tinubu and his cabinet members are working assiduously towards repositioning Nigeria for greatness.
Hon. Jisalo expressed the hope that with continuous collaboration and support of all stakeholders, Nigeria would soon overcome its challenges and take its rightful place among comity of nations.
Some workers in the Ministry of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs who reacted to the presentation of the Toyota Coastal Vehicles and Buses commended Hon. Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo for the gesture.
According to them, the vehicles will go a long way in reducing the cost of their transpiration to the office.
They called for more welfare packages that would enhance their productivity.
