Man st@bbed to death during fight over use of bathroom in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has arrested a 30-year-old man, Kassim Jibrin, for allegedly stabbing his neighbor, Collins Onyemaobi, 45, to death during a dispute over the use of a bathroom in Zauda Village, Gwagwa, Abuja.

According to security analyst Zagozola Mama, intelligence sources revealed that the incident occurred on March 15, 2025, at about 9:30 a.m. when an argument between the two men escalated into a physical altercation.

In the heat of the fight, Jibrin allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Onyemaobi in the chest.

The victim was immediately rushed to Kubwa General Hospital, where a doctor confirmed him dead. His body has been deposited at the hospital’s mortuary.

Jibrin was arrested at the scene and remains in police custody as investigations continue.
