How security, economy improved significantly under me – Buhari

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has asserted that Nigeria’s security situation and economy improved significantly during his eight-year administration.
Buhari made this statement on Wednesday while hosting members of the Katsina State Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists at his residence in Daura, Katsina State.
The former President highlighted that he inherited severe economic and security challenges from the previous Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration, which governed for 16 years.
He credited his government’s strategies for successfully mitigating terrorism and alleviating economic difficulties.
