EPL: Manchester United’s Rashford joins Aston Villa

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has officially completed a loan move to Aston Villa, with the deal confirmed on Sunday.

According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who shared the news via his X account, the 27-year-old will remain at Villa Park until the summer.

As part of the agreement, Aston Villa will cover 75 per cent of Rashford’s salary and have an option to buy him permanently for £40 million in June.

Romano wrote: “Official, confirmed. Marcus Rashford joins Aston Villa on loan from Man United.

“75% of salary covered by Villa, £40m buy option clause in June.

“Here Rashford with Monchi and Damià Vidagany, both crucial to get it done together with Unai Emery who called Marcus.
