Plateau Gov Mutfwang sacks 5 commissioners

The Plateau State government has approved the disengagement of several members from its Executive Council, with immediate replacements named.

The affected commissioners include Sule Musa, Commissioner for Commerce and Industry; Obed Goselle, Commissioner for Science and Technology; Noel Nkup, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development; Chrysantus Dawam, Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning; and Jamila Tukur, Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality.

In their place, the following new appointees have been announced as Commissioners: Sunday Alex from Bassa Local Government Area, Joyce Ramnap from Langtang South, Sylvanus Dongtoe from Shendam, Nicholas Baamlong from Qua’an Pan, and Cornelius Doeyok, also from Qua’an Pan.

The state government expressed its gratitude to the outgoing commissioners for their service and wished them the best in their future endeavors.
