PHOTOS: Sensitive election materials for guber poll arrive in Ondo

In preparation for the upcoming Ondo State Governorship election, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has taken delivery of essential voting materials.

The materials arrived in Akure, the state capital, on Monday, courtesy of the Nigeria Airforce, which provided secure transportation.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) shared this update through its official Twitter handle, reassuring the public of its commitment to a transparent and well-organized election.

According the commission: “Sensitive materials for the Ondo State Governorship election, scheduled for Saturday 16th November 2024 have arrived in Akure, the State capital, and received by officials of the Central Bank of Nigeria”.
