DHQ releases new list of wanted terrorists’ leaders

In a renewed effort to curb terrorism in Nigeria’s North-East, the Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has published a fresh list of wanted terrorist leaders.
The announcement was made on Thursday by the Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Edward Buba, during a press briefing in Abuja.
The list includes high-profile terrorist figures suspected of orchestrating attacks and spreading insecurity in the region.
Among the names revealed are Abu Khadijah, Abdurraman, Dadi Gumba (also known as Abbu Muhammel), Usman Kanin Shehu, and Abu Yusuf. Additional individuals on the list include Musa Wa’a, Ibrahim Suyeka, Ba Sulhu, and Idris Takleksa.

The DHQ has called for public cooperation in identifying and providing information on these suspects, emphasizing that the involvement of local communities could be instrumental in the fight against terrorism.

With this latest publication, security agencies are intensifying their efforts to track down these individuals and dismantle the networks that perpetuate violence and instability in the country.
