BREAKING: Again, NNPC raises petrol price amid changes in supply agreements

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has increased the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, to N1,030 per litre.

This change was noted at NNPCL outlets in Abuja on Wednesday.

The price hike follows the NNPCL’s decision to terminate its exclusive purchasing agreement with Dangote Refinery.

As a result, the NNPC will no longer act as the sole off-taker for petrol, allowing other marketers to negotiate prices directly with Dangote Refinery.
