The National Examinations Council (NECO) has introduced a fee of N50,000 for candidates seeking to reprint their certificates.

This was announced by NECO Registrar Dantani Wushishi in a statement released in Minna, Niger State.

Wushishi noted that the N50,000 fee is subject to periodic review, meaning the cost could change over time.

NECO emphasized that candidates must request certificate reprints within one year of the original issuance, as requests made after this period will no longer be processed.

Additionally, NECO has set a one-month deadline for candidates to submit requests for result corrections, urging prompt action to ensure accurate exam records.

These new policies aim to improve the council’s administrative efficiency and provide timely services to candidates.
